Becoming an Exhibitor
Download, fill out, and submit the completed Exhibitor Application to contact@fellowshipoffandom.com.
In order to keep Exhibitor cost to a minimum, the following a la cart form will be utilized for booth accessories to allow Exhibitors to display items as they wish and not pay for items not utilized. 10 ft x 10 ft Exhibitor booths do not provide a table or chairs. Artist Alley and Writer Row include an 8 ft table and 1 chair only.
BOOTHS: (Tables and chairs are not included in the booth price, Please use the Add On for tables and chairs.)
x $210.00 - Exhibitor Booth - 10’ x 10’ Booth – Space only with 2 Exhibitor badges.
x $110.00 - Artist Alley (AA) & Writer’s Row (WR) – 8 ft x 6 ft with one 8 ft table and one chair provided.
ADD ONS (deadline for add on items will be 60 days prior to Event.)
x $15.00 for an 8 ft table
x $3.00 per chair
x $20.00 per extra Exhibitor badge (total additional badges allowed per booth: 2 additional for Exhibitor space, per AA/WR 1 additional)
FOF does not charge for electric, if needed please let us know and FOF will try to accommodate. This is not a guarantee.
